Test Summary for half a year

Suggestions for the team:

Arrange someone or the team (more experienced) to do UI test and Compatibility test (IE8, IE11, Chrome, FF) before the first release goes live;
QA should join the feature requirements discussion;
Think about more test methods;

For myself:
Be more familiar with the Requirements and Business Logic. DB Operation, like business logic with tables;
Know more about the feature framework, even the whole product frame;
To improve the coverage of the test cases;
Strengthen the initiative;
Finally, improve the work quality.

Learn more, think more, ask more and summary.
I need to communicate with the Dev and QA actively, and consult them modestly. In my spare time, I should enhance my own knowledge, expecially that with the work related.

Please give me more opinions and suggestions in any way.
