解决过程：

1. 卸载WBEM相关包（可以不用卸载）

[PROD root@xxx:/#] swlist |grep -i wbem
  ProviderDefault                       B.11.31.1403   Select WBEM Providers

[PROD root@xxxx:/#] swlist -l product|grep -i wbem
  CLUP                  C.16.01        WBEMMgmtBundle

  WBEMP-FCP             B.11.31.1705.02.01 FC Provider - CIM/WBEM Provider for Fibre Channel HBAs
  WBEMP-FS              B.11.31.1009   HP-UX File System CIM Provider.
  WBEMP-IOTreeIP        B.11.31.1403   CIM/WBEM Indication and Consolidated Status Provider for IOTree subsystem
  WBEMP-LAN             B.11.31.1707.01.01 LAN Providers - CIM/WBEM Providers for Ethernet interfaces.
  WBEMP-Storage         B.11.31.1705.02.01 Storage  Provider - CIM/WBEM Provider for Storage
  WBEMServices          A.02.13.06.04  WBEM Services CORE Product
  vmProvider            B.06.30        WBEM Provider for Integrity VM vmProvider

# swremove -x enforce_dependencies=false WBEMMgmtBundle

Remove the WBEM directories:

# cd /var/opt

# rm -r wbem

# cd /opt

# rm -r wbem

NOTE: Kill any processes that might stop you from removing theses directories.

The fuser -u command will help find any running processes (icapd will probably need to be killed).

# mkdir /mydepot

# swcopy -x enforce_dependencies=true -s /mnt SysFaultMgmt @ /mydepot                           ?   需要dependency 的包，就改成true

# tar -zvf mydepot.tar /mydepot

导出来之后也可以生产成depot文件

swpackage -x target_type=tape -s /mydepot -d /tmp/mydepot.depot

安装完成之后需验证：

 <WBEMMgmtBundle>
