Igraph软件安装错误

/usr/local/lib/liblapack.a: could not read symbols: Bad value

ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘igraph’

* removing ‘/share/work/biosoft/R/R-v3.4.0/lib64/R/library/igraph’

The downloaded source packages are in

        ‘/tmp/Rtmply12uv/downloaded_packages’

Updating HTML index of packages in '.Library'

Making 'packages.html' ... done

错误解决,临时不让他加载这些模块：

mv /usr/local/lib/liblapack.a /usr/local/lib/liblapack.a.bak

mv /usr/local/lib/libblas.a /usr/local/lib/libblas.a.bak

然后再安装： install.packages("igraph",repos = "http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN")

Warning message:

In install.packages("igraph", repos = "http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN/") :
