在能联网的机器上下载和install完整的kong-dashboard，然后打包上传到离线机器，在离线机器上

nohup npm start &
如何停止，通过ps查看进程，连个进程都需要kill掉
ps -ef|grep kong-dash
root 18389 18379 0 15:06 pts/1 00:00:00 node ./bin/kong-dashboard start
root 18395 18389 0 15:06 pts/1 00:00:00 /opt/deploy/node-v6.10.3-linux-x64/bin/node /opt/deploy/kong-dashboard/lib/server
