解决：升级之前把所有的sqlplus关掉，不然报错。

解决方法

按照提示查看日志，发现以下目录oracle用户无权限，修改对应目录权限，确保两节点该目录均有权限。

[root@db1 grid]# ls -ldcfgtoollogs/

drwx------ 7 grid oinstall 4096 Sep 2415:08 cfgtoollogs/

[root@db1 grid]# chmod 775cfgtoollogs

[root@db1 grid]#

[root@db1 grid]# ls -ldcfgtoollogs/

报错3

RMAN恢复数据库启动数据库至nomount状态报错

RMAN-04014: startup failed: ORA-00845:MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

解决：memory_target 不能大于/dev/shm
